Attorneys

Ms. Hendler represents individual and business debtors in debt work-outs, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. She also represents Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, creditors, small business owners, and litigants in adversary proceedings. Her practice encompasses small debtor cases to complex bankruptcy litigation, involving many different areas of business.
Prior to founding her own law firm, Ms. Hendler practiced at The Salkin Law Firm, P.A., representing Chapter 7 Trustee Sonya L. Salkin, as well as debtors, creditors, and litigants in
adversary proceedings. Ms. Hendler also previously served as a Director at a national financial advisory services firm providing bankruptcy litigation, restructuring, and forensic accounting services to debtors, creditors, bankruptcy trustees, and receivers.
Ms. Hendler is active and well recognized member of the South Florida community and the Bankruptcy Bar in the Southern District of Florida. She is the co-founder of
Young Women of Bankruptcy-South Florida, and is a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Ms. Hendler is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, serving on the NextGen committee. Ms. Hendler has been a member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale since 2011.

EDUCATION
Ms. Hendler received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. She graduated with honors from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, earning
a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Government & Law and History.
Ms. Hendler completed her Masters in Accounting degree (with a forensic concentration) from Florida Atlantic University in May, 2018.
